How to place an order
To place an order, find the product to be purchased and select add to cart.
When all products have been selected they can be checked either by looking at the shopping basket on the screen or by selecting View Cart for a more detailed option.
When ready to purchase the selected items select Go To Checkout.
If you are a new customer you will need to register to continue. If you are a returning customer you will be asked to enter your registered email address and password to continue.
Once logged into your account, you will be able to view cart again and then proceed to checkout.
Check or complete as appropriate the shipping and billing details and then select continue to checkout.
Select payment method being either Paypal or Google Checkout. There is an opportunity at this stage to enter any comments regarding the order.
Select Proceed to checkout. The site will then go to Paypal or Google checkout as per payment method selected. The goods will be paid for securely by following the instructions on the screens. A Paypal account or Google account can be used or a one off payment using a debit or credit card can be selected when using Paypal.
Please note if you wish to return to Fullthrottlemcs.co.uk to edit your order while logged into Google checkout click the "Edit order" button at the top of the order details, or while in Paypal click the "Cancel and return to FullThrottleMCS" button. If you do not use these links you may lose any e-coupons/vouchers you have redeemed against your order.

Payment
We accept payment using Paypal and Google Checkout. Both methods are secure. You can pay by credit card or debit card using Paypal without having to create a Paypal account.
We will accept postal orders and cheques.
Please allow funds to clear before items will be dispatched. For cheques please allow seven working days for the cheque to clear.

Confirmation of Order
Once an order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email from Full Throttle MCS to confirm receipt of order.
A confirmation of payment will be sent from Paypal or Google checkout depending on which method has been selected.

Dispatch
Full Throttle MCS will use either Royal Mail or an alternative courier to delivery the order. Once we have dispatched the goods, you will receive a dispatch email from Full Throttle MCS.

Pricing Policy
We are continually growing our stock levels. Our policy is to check the price at point of dispatch. If the price on the website is found to be incorrect due to changes made by the suppliers we will either refund the difference if the correct price is lower than that per the order or at our discretion we will contact the customer prior to dispatch to inform you of the higher correct price. In which case, the customer will have the option of cancelling the order or paying the difference. Our aim is to always give the customer our best price.

Delivery & Postage
Delivery will only be made to mainland UK and if the customer wishes a delivery to be made outside Mainland UK please contact us before placing an order. If we agree to post outside Mainland UK, the responsibility of any import duty and taxes levied by the country the goods are being imported into will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will be deemed to be the importer and must comply with the customs policies and laws for the country into which the goods are being imported into. The rules vary from country to country. Full Throttle MCS is unable to assist the customer with regards customs charges, import duties and taxes. If you require any further information on this matter, please seek advice from your local customs office.
Postage will be calculated at the point a product is added to the shopping basket.
Orders will be delivered using either Royal Mail or a courier service.
Please supply a delivery address where there will be a person available to receive the goods as a signature may be required. In the event of a redelivery of an order additional postage costs may be incurred by the customer.
We aim to dispatch in stock items within 3 working days following receipt of cleared funds.
We aim to dispatch out of stock items within 5 working days following receipt of cleared funds subject to supplier stock availability. If you place an order for an out of stock item, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date. If the customer wishes to cancel the order at this point they may do so and a full refund will be given. Please provide cancellation request in writing by email.
Working days are Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Some products, for example special order helmets may take up to 14 working days for us to receive into stock from order.
A dispatch confirmation email will be sent to the customer’s registered email address when an order has been dispatched.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated on a weight basis and will be shown as Shipping Price as goods are added to the shopping basket.

Other Ordering Methods
You can place an order by telephone or email. Please note we will need the product code from the website when ordering via these methods.
At this time we are unable to take payment over the phone but we will accept a cheque or postal order. However, cheque payments will need to be cleared before goods can be dispatched. Please allow 7 working days for cheques to clear. Alternatively, if you have an email address and a PayPal account, we can send a payment request via PayPal for telephone or email orders.

Visiting Us
You are welcome to arrange to look at the stock items, particularly the helmets if you wish to try them on. This will be strictly on an appointments only basis. Please contact us to arrange an appointment prior to visiting us. Appointment times will be available during evenings and weekends. Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can be purchased via the website in £10 denominations. If you would like the recipient´s name and/or message to appear on the gift voucher please advise at the time of order. No cash refunds accepted for gift vouchers. Please also note that only one voucher may be redeemed per order and no change will be given. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against postage charges. When redeeming gift vouchers, postage charges will need to be paid for using Paypal or Google Checkout. In the event where multiple gift vouchers need to be redeemed, please contact us either by telephone or email prior to placing an order.
To purchase a voucher, select the value of the gift voucher you wish to purchase, then click "Proceed to checkout" where you can pay securely by credit/debit card using PayPal or Google Checkout. Your unique voucher code will be emailed to you after purchasing and we will also email you a printable voucher to pass onto the recipient.
Vouchers will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and will automatically be cancelled if not used by the expiration date.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
From time to time, promotional e-coupons may be issued. These can only be used once per member for the duration of the offer and cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.

Cancelling an order
Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email. When the goods are ready for dispatch, the customer will receive a dispatch notification.
Please note, cancellation can be requested up to the point of the customer receiving a dispatch confirmation email with no charge incurred by the customer. Cancellation notice must be in writing by email only. Contact details are shown on the Contact Us page.
Please note special ordered helmets cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed.

Returns and Refunds
After the dispatch confirmation email has been sent, if the customer wishes to return the item, they may do so providing the products’ packaging remains unopened and the goods are returned in a re-saleable condition. Please be advised that the customer will have to pay for the return postage costs. Request to return products must be notified in writing within seven working days of receiving the goods and a returns authorisation number will be emailed to the customer. Please include a printout of the returns authorisation email when returning goods.
Refunds will be made within 14 workings days following receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Please note, for health and safety reasons, no returns can be accepted on any helmets.

Faulty Goods
If goods received by the customer are faulty, please notify us in writing by email within seven working days using the details in the Contact Us page and we will provide a returns authorisation number by email. Please send a printout of the email with the goods when returning. Once the goods have been inspected and verified as faulty we will refund within 30 days of receipt of the returned items including delivery and return postage or exchange if the customer prefers. The timescale for refunds may be affected by the turnaround time for a manufacturer to inspect the faulty item.

All service and repair parts should be fitted by a qualified or trained person. We accept no liability for any damage to your bike or injury to the customer and/or public as a result of poorly fitted parts.

Selling your bike
In order to list your bike for sale to the general public using our website you will need to register with us by creating an account.
Once your account is opened and you are logged in, select List Your Bike from the top of the home page or using the menu on the website. Here will be presented various questions about the bike. Please select the appropriate answers relating to the bike to be listed for sale on our website.
There is an option to use a free text box where you can provide extra information as you feel relevant to aid the selling of the bike.
Two pictures may be uploaded.
Once submitted, the listing will be vetted prior to being published on the website. We reserve the right to refuse to publish a listing request if content is deemed to be inappropriate.
Used Bikes For Sale
All bikes listed in this section have no connection to Full Throttle MCS and we cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies of the bike listings. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to carry out the necessary checks prior to purchasing a bike listed for sale on our website.
